Check the calendar to see if the day is clear. Be sure to consider set up and clean up times.
Contact the Bar Chairman.
Fill out the Building Lease form and submit it with your fee and deposit checks.
Check the calendar to confirm your reservation.

Remember to keep surprise parties secret.
